BIMSqu: Blockchain-enabled IoT-BIM Platform

BIMSqu is a research prototype that integrates permissioned blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support modular construction supply chain management.

The platform aims to provide trusted information sharing, fine grained traceability of modular components, and automated supervision of off-site production and onsite assembly.
